Ruffled Wrap Skirt

Hi everyone! I'm so sick of the cold, and can't wait to start wearing spring pieces again like skirts and dresses. I recently received this ruffle wrap skirt from Red Dress Boutique and love it. It's a fun skirt with the ruffle detail, but also the perfect navy so it can be paired with so many looks (plus its only $32)! Hopefully spring is right around the corner.
